Position:Customer service dept. English TranslatorJob Description:Internal:(1)Translation of order prescription and Dental technology document&nike running shoes (2)Shipment pick up and finished orders packing,follow up orders in production line &internal communication with technicians etc.(3)Translation&interpretation work for nike trainers, various internal written translation.External:(1)Reply to customer cheap nike shoes support ticket accurately and in timely fashion.(2)Deliver technical support ticket to technical dept. and pass technical director's opinion to client immediately(3)Contact Fedex to track shipment status every day ,deal with shipping issueOutcome:(1)Dental technology translation was summarized,translation accuracy was improved(2)Communication between technical director and technician was improved,production goes smoothly(3)Customer negative feedback and miscommunication were reduced
